Cheesy Chive Omelet

Cheesy Chive Omelet

  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 cup of cheddar cheese
  • A dash of salt
  • 1 tbsp. of butter
  • 1 tbsp. of chives
  • ¼ cup of water
  • A dash of pepper

Kitchen Equipment:

  • frying pan


  1. Put frying pan over a moderate temperature. It is important to make sure the surface is hot before doing anything.
  2. When the pan is heating up, combine the water, eggs, and seasoning.
  3. Carefully pour the mixture into your hot pan and wait several minutes.
  4. Lift your pan a bit to create an even omelet.
  5. After several minutes, sprinkle some of the cheese over half of your omelet.
  6. Use thin spatula to turn half of the omelet over.
  7. Sprinkle the rest of the cheese over the top of the omelet and continue to cook until it is browned or cooked to your liking.
  8. Drizzle some pepper and salt over the top for some additional flavor.
