Baked Carrot with Bacon

Ingredients:
- 1½ pounds of carrot, peeled
- 12 slices bacon
- 1 tbsp. of black pepper
- 1/3 cup of maple syrup
- 1 pinch parsley

Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Wrap the bacon slices around your carrots from top to bottom, add black pepper, sprinkle with maple syrup and bake for about 20–
- 25 minutes.
- Top with parsley and serve.
