Baked Carrot with Bacon

Ingredients:

  • 1½ pounds of carrot, peeled
  • 12 slices bacon
  • 1 tbsp. of black pepper
  • 1/3 cup of maple syrup
  • 1 pinch parsley

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Wrap the bacon slices around your carrots from top to bottom, add black pepper, sprinkle with maple syrup and bake for about 20–
  3. 25 minutes.
  4. Top with parsley and serve.
